WHOLE HOUSE REMODEL

This house had extensive modification and repair.  Overall the home was brought up-to-date with modern style and a few modifications to the design while still maintaining some original design that is popular today.

Some upgrades included waterproofing the basement, new wiring and plumbing.  

There was a flat roof on the rear of the house that was modified to a low pitch roofline that would be easier to maintain.  

There were new doors, siding and windows installed.  A covered porch and deck were added to both the front and rear of the house.
