Our Priority
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to change, we are doing everything we can to keep our clients and employees safe.
Right now, the most important thing to us is the health and safety of our clients and our team members. As the issue continues to change, we remain committed to you and to doing our part as a business to continually support
the health and well-being of our clients and team members and our community.
We remain committed to assessing all our job sites to comply with the provincial guidelines in line with the current protocol https://www.ontario.ca/page/covid-19-response-framework-keeping-ontario-safe-and-open / Government of Ontario to comply with the COVID-19 protocol. Further we have implemented some changes in accordance to the guidelines for workplaces found at the City of Hamilton https://www.hamilton.ca/coronavirus/public-health-guidance-workplaces.

Update April 1, 2021:
In accordance with the Ontario government and Health Canada we will continue to accept appointments only by Zoom video conferencing at this time until May 1st. The provincewide shutdown will be effective Saturday, April 3, 2021, at 12:01 a.m. and the government intends to keep this in place for at least four weeks.
We are committed to doing our part as a business to continually support the health and well-being of our clients and team members and our community. Therefore, we now offer online consultations via Zoom video conferencing.

Steps We are Implementing:

Masks will be worn where social distancing is not possible.

Remaining responsive to social distancing.

Partitioning workspace area from the rest of the home.

Asking clients to stay free of workspace area when our crew is at work.

Regular hand washing/disinfecting.

Encouraging communication with our clients by phone, text, email or video conferencing.

Limiting the number of employees and sub-contractors on site.

Screening sub-contractors, employees before each work day.
